Daniel joined the firm in 2023 in an Of Counsel capacity. His practice consists of general insurance defense and motor vehicle litigation. Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Spring Hill College in Mobile, AL. While at Spring Hill College, Daniel was a member of the Spring Hill College baseball team where he was an All-Conference award winner and team captain. After graduating from Spring Hill, Daniel attended law school at Faulkner University, Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate degree in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Daniel was General Counsel for G.A. West Construction focusing primarily on contract matters and workers compensation litigation. He also owned his own general practice firm where he focused on primarily personal injury cases along with employment law and contract law.
Daniel grew up in Bay Minette, AL, and currently resides in Mobile. Daniel is married to Julie Toifel-Rhames and they have three children, Harper, Vivian, and Beckett. His family are parishioners of Little Flower Catholic Church in Mobile.
