Originally from Ocala, Florida, Bree graduated from Florida State University in 2022, receiving her Bachelor’s degree with a major in Political Science and a minor in General Business. Bree received her Juris Doctorate from Faulkner University’s Jones School of Law in 2026. While in law school, Bree served as the vice-president of the Student Bar Association, chair of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, vice-president of the Christian Legal Society and an active member of the school’s Trial Advocacy for Competition team, participating in numerous mock trial competitions.

Bree clerked at Holtsford Gilliland during her 3L year, gaining experience across the firm’s vast practice areas. Upon completion of the bar exam, Bree joined the firm as an Associate.

Bree’s practice is focused primarily on the areas of governmental liability, motor vehicle liability, premises liability, workers’ compensation, and general insurance defense litigation. She is a member of the Alabama Bar Association, Alabama Young Lawyers’ Association, the Montgomery County Bar Association, and the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association.
